U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Immigrant Visa Application Form

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for an extension of its currently approved Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration form, DS-2083, which is used by approximately 750,000 immigrant visa applicants annually.
