Grant of Individual Exemption To Amend Prohibited Transaction Exemption (PTE) 94-50 Involving Salomon Smith Barney Inc.

The Department of Labor granted an individual exemption to amend PTE 94-50, which previously exempted Smith Barney, Inc. from certain rules related to the TRAK Personalized Investment Advisory Service product and the Trust for TRAK Investments, a trust established for the TRAK Program.
