Request for Public Comment on 1999 Form 5500 Annual Return/Report of Employee Benefit Plan

The IRS is seeking public comments on computer scannable versions of the 1999 Form 5500, which will be used with the new EFAST system for processing employee benefit plan filings starting with 1999 plan years.
