US Department of Labor Amends Guidelines for Transportation Projects

The US Department of Labor has updated its guidelines for certifying employee protections on transportation projects, in response to new programs authorized by the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21). The revised guidelines, published on an unspecified date, replace the previous version published in 1995.
