OCC Issues Interim Guidelines for Year 2000 Standards for National Bank Transfer Agents and Broker-Dealers

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has released interim guidelines to ensure national bank transfer agents and broker-dealers are Year 2000 compliant, building on previous joint guidelines with the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).
