MSHA Final Rule Establishes New Training Requirements for Shell Dredging and Other Mines

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has issued a final rule amending its health and safety training regulations to require training for miners working in shell dredging, sand, gravel, surface stone, surface clay, colloidal phosphate, and surface limestone mines, effective immediately.
