OSHA Corrects Training and Retraining Rule for Miners in Shell Dredging and Surface Mining

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has corrected errors in its final rule for training and retraining of miners working in shell dredging and surface mining, which was published in the Federal Register on September 30, 1999.
