Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Public Comment on Information Collection

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on an extension of the Securities Exchange Act Disclosure Rules, a continuing information collection, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
