Implementation of the Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity Provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998

The U.S. Department of Labor has implemented the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, which supersedes the Job Training Partnership Act. The new rule generally carries over existing policies and procedures from the previous Job Training Partnership Act regulations.
