Small Business Administration Proposes Changes to Size Regulations for Compliance With Other Agencies' Programs

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to amend its size regulations, requiring agencies to consult with the SBA before proposing small business size standards for use in their programs, and to seek SBA Administrator approval before adopting these standards in a final rule.
