Small Business Administration Amends Size Regulations to NAICS Standards

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is updating its size standards for small businesses, shifting from the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), effective with Fiscal Year 2001, starting October 1, 2000.
