OCC Adopts Inflation-Adjusted Civil Money Penalty Rules
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is updating its rules to reflect inflation adjustments for civil money penalties within its jurisdiction, in compliance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990.
