OCC, Board, FDIC, and OTS Publish Final Rules for CRA Sunshine Provisions
The OCC, Board, FDIC, and OTS are releasing final rules to implement the CRA sunshine provisions, requiring certain agreements to be made public and filed with the appropriate agency, starting from the effective date of the rule.
