FTC Amends Appliance Labeling Rule to Update Energy Consumption and Water Use Disclosure Requirements

The Federal Trade Commission has updated the Appliance Labeling Rule to reflect changes in energy consumption and water use disclosure requirements for compact dishwashers and other products, while maintaining existing standards for standard-sized dishwashers and heat pumps.
