Community Reinvestment Act Regulations

The OCC, Board, FDIC, and OTS (collectively, "we" or "the agencies") are beginning a review of our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations. This advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) seeks public comment on a wide range of questions as part of our review. We also welcome comments discussing other aspects of the CRA regulations and suggesting ways to improve the efficacy of the regulations.
