Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Revision of Information Collection; Comment Request

The OCC, FDIC, and OTS are seeking public comment on proposed revisions to their charter and deposit insurance applications, aiming to reduce paperwork burden and make application forms uniform among the agencies. The proposed changes will be part of the OCC's Comptroller's Corporate Manual and will be implemented in conjunction with other clarifying changes.
