DEA Proposes Regulations to Exempt Certain Chemical Mixtures from Controlled Substances Act

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing new regulations to exempt specific chemical mixtures from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), which would allow certain mixtures containing regulated chemicals to avoid DEA regulatory controls, effective 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
