Defense Finance and Accounting Service Proposes Addition of Three Systems of Records Notices to Privacy Act Inventory

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service plans to implement the changes without prior notice on October 16, 1998, unless comments are received that may lead to a different decision. The proposed systems will be part of the agency's complete inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, which has been published in the Federal Register.
