BPA to Execute Agreements for Additional Wind Turbines at Wyoming Windpower Plant

BPA has decided to execute agreements with SeaWest Corporation to install additional wind turbines at the Wyoming Windpower Plant, with the goal of acquiring additional electrical output from the turbines. This decision is based on the previously adopted Wind Project EIS, and BPA will market the electrical output of the turbine additions to interested customers.
