EPA Promulgates Pulp and Paper National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued updated standards to reduce hazardous air pollutant emissions from the pulp and paper production industry, as part of the Clean Air Act, in response to inquiries received since the rule's publication in 1998.
