EPA Proposes to Revoke Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revoke significant new use rules (SNURs) for six chemical substances, citing new data that no longer supports the need for these rules, which were originally put in place to regulate exposure to these substances.
