Bureau of Land Management Modifies and Partially Revokes Public Land Order No. 7364

The Bureau of Land Management has modified and partially revoked Public Land Order No. 7364, allowing 40 acres of public land to be opened to surface entry and non-metalliferous mining, while keeping the remaining 438.87 acres closed to these activities due to not meeting public water reserve criteria.
