OCC Issues Interim Rule on Electronic Filing of Beneficial Ownership Reports for Registered National Banks

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting public comments on an interim rule that requires national banks with registered equity securities to electronically file beneficial ownership reports, and to post these reports on their websites if available.
