Tampa Proposes Permanent Regulations for Gasparilla Marine Parade

The City of Tampa is proposing permanent special local regulations for the Gasparilla Marine Parade on Hillsborough Bay, which will take place annually on the first Saturday in February from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST, to ensure public safety during the event.
