OCC Publishes Final Rule on National Bank Operations and Lending Standards

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is publishing a final rule that clarifies the applicability of state law to national banks' operations, including lending and deposit-taking activities. The rule also introduces anti-predatory lending standards for national banks.
