Utah to Require Noxious Weed-Free Hay, Straw or Mulch on Public Lands Starting 30 Days After Publication

Beginning 30 days after the publication of this rule in the Federal Register, the Utah State Director of the Bureau of Land Management will require all visitors, licensees, and permittees to use certified noxious weed-free hay, straw, or mulch on BLM-administered lands in Utah, affecting public land users who utilize hay, straw or mulch on these lands.
