Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Announcement of Additional Applications From Hospitals Requesting Waivers for Organ Procurement Service Area

The US Department of Health and Human Services' Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) has announced two additional applications from hospitals seeking waivers from entering into agreements with their designated organ procurement organizations (OPOs) to procure organs. The public is invited to comment on these requests.
