Bayer Corporation Seeks Time-Limited Pesticide Tolerance for Flufenacet

Bayer Corporation has requested a time-limited tolerance for residues of flufenacet, a herbicide used on corn and soybeans, under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, with the tolerance set to expire on April 30, 2003.
