Ventura County Railroad Co. Receives Lease and Operation Exemption from Surface Transportation Board

The Ventura County Railroad Co. has been granted a lease and operation exemption by the Surface Transportation Board, allowing it to take over the operations of the Ventura County Railway Co. The exemption will enable the Ventura County Railroad Co. to manage the railway's assets and services, effective immediately.
