Revised Annual Adjustment Factors for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Announced

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released revised Annual Adjustment Factors (AAFs) for adjusting contract rents on Section 8 housing assistance payments programs, effective October 1, 1998, in accordance with the United States Housing Act of 1937.
