City of Andover and Andover Economic Development Authority Execute Proposed Administrative Agreement for South Andover Superfund Site

The City of Andover and the Andover Economic Development Authority have signed a proposed administrative agreement to resolve potential claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) for the South Andover Superfund Site in Minnesota, and to continue cleanup efforts.
