The Gradison-McDonald Cash Reserve Trust and other parties have submitted a request for an expedited order to implement new investment advisory and subadvisory agreements with McDonald & Company Investments, Inc. without prior shareholder approval, pending a merger with KeyCorp, with a deadline of April 1, 1999.
