Executive Office for Immigration Review Board Expands to 18 Members

The Executive Office for Immigration Review is increasing the Board of Immigration Appeals to 18 permanent members, including 16 Board Members, a Chairman, and a Vice Chairman, and recognizing the Deputy Director's position in the organizational hierarchy.
