EPA Proposes De Minimis Settlement for Hansen Container Site in Colorado

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed de minimis settlement at the Hansen Container site in Grand Junction, Colorado, requiring one party to pay $19,706.85 to address environmental liability. The settlement is pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act.
