OCC Issues Final Rule for Electronic Filing of Beneficial Ownership Reports

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is requiring national banks with registered equity securities to electronically file beneficial ownership reports, which must be posted on their websites, as part of a rule change aimed at improving transparency and compliance.
