Exemption from Tolerance Requirements for Pesticide Ingredients

The US government has granted an exemption to Westvaco Corporation, Chemical Division, from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of certain pesticide ingredients used as inert ingredients in agricultural and animal applications, following a request under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
