EPA Modifies Reformulated Gasoline Regulations to Allow More States to Opt-In

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule allowing states to opt into the reformulated gasoline program for areas previously classified as Marginal, Moderate, Serious, or Severe ozone nonattainment areas, effective November 15, 1990, or later, in accordance with the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
