Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records; Amendment

The Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (``ASC'') proposes to amend its system of records notice regarding the ``National Registry of State Certified and Licensed Appraisers'' (``National Registry'') under the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a) and the routine uses of the information collected.
