US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review for Brazilian Agricultural Tillage Tools

The US Department of Commerce has completed an administrative review of countervailing duties on Brazilian agricultural tillage tools, concluding that certain companies, including Marchesan Implementos Agricolas, S.A., do not receive subsidies from the Brazilian government.
