Federal Agencies Extend Comment Period for Commercial Real Estate Lending Guidance
The OCC, Board, FDIC, and OTS are extending the public comment period for their proposed Interagency Guidance on Concentrations in Commercial Real Estate Lending, Sound Risk Management Practices by 30 days, from January 13, 2006, to February 13, 2006.
