Request for a Collection of Information Under the Paperwork Reduction Act; Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation is requesting that the Office of Management and Budget approve a new collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The purpose of this information collection, which will be conducted through customer satisfaction surveys, is to help the agency assess the efficiency and effectiveness with which it serves participants in pension plans it becomes trustee of, and to design actions to address identified problems.
