EPA to Delete Western Tier of Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Priorities List Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 is proposing to delete the western tier parcel of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Priorities List Site from the National Priorities List, seeking public comment on the proposed action, which is based on the completion of all necessary actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
