EPA Approves Connecticut's Redesignation Request for New Haven-Meriden-Waterbury Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Connecticut's request to redesignate the New Haven-Meriden-Waterbury area as an attainment area for carbon monoxide under the Clean Air Act amendments of 1990, requiring the state to implement its 10-year maintenance plan.
