BLM Proposes Limits of Acceptable Change Planning Process for Gulkana River

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing a Limits of Acceptable Change (LAC) planning process for the Gulkana River area, which will inform updates to the Gulkana National Wild River Management Plan and a Lower Gulkana River Management Plan, and ultimately determine compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
