Central Utah Water Conservancy District to Prepay Costs for Municipal and Industrial Water from the Bonneville Unit of the Central Utah Project

The Central Utah Water Conservancy District plans to prepay costs for municipal and industrial water from the Bonneville Unit of the Central Utah Project, in accordance with Public Law 102-575, as amended through Public Law 104-286. The prepayment will be negotiated publicly between the district and the Department of the Interior.
