US Department of Commerce Suspends Antidumping Investigation on Uranium from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan

The US Department of Commerce has suspended its antidumping investigation on uranium imports from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, citing a price of $10.85 per pound of U3O8 for the relevant period, effective October 1, 1998, through March 30, 1999, and October 13, 1998, through October 12, 1999, respectively.
