EPA Withdraws Approval of Maine's Source Surveillance Regulation

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its approval of Maine's Source Surveillance Regulation due to adverse comments received on the rule. The EPA will address these comments in a subsequent final rule.
