Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to ATD, LLC of New Orleans, Louisiana, an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 5,094,946 issued on March 10, 1992, and U.S. Patent No. 5,271,912 issued on December 21, 1993, both entitled ``Enzymatic Processing of Materials Containing Chromium and Protein.'' Notice of Availability for U.S. Patent No. 5,094,946 was published in the Federal Register on July 23, 1990, and Notice of Availability U.S. Patent No. 5,271,912 was published in the Federal Register on June 25, 1992.
