EPA Approves Virginia's Plan to Reduce Sulfur Emissions from Kraft Pulp Mills
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Commonwealth of Virginia's plan to control total reduced sulfur (TRS) emissions from existing kraft pulp mills, following a correction to the rule language of a final rulemaking action.
