OCC Amends Special Lending Limits for Residential Real Estate Loans, Small Business Loans, and Small Farm Loans
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is making permanent special lending limits for 1-4 family residential real estate loans, small business loans, and small farm loans, which have been available to eligible national banks since 2001 through a pilot program. The OCC has found that these banks and loans have operated safely and soundly, and is seeking comment on potential future changes.
